The first question to ask though – Do we even need an App in the first place!

I have passed or nipped so many projects because they,

• Have started on the whims of a stakeholder
• Have no real business reason/defined ROI behind it
• will become obsolete by the time they are built – like the baby that has already grown-up by the time the cradle was built!

And my favourite,

• Are taken up because everyone is doing so!
